Your estimated orthodontic fee will include all components of your orthodontic therapy as detailed below:
Diagnostic Evaluation
- Complete orthodontic records
- Dr. McLaughlin's analysis of all diagnostic records
- Finalization of customized treatment plan
- consultation to review finalized treatment plan when necessary or requested
Active Treatment
- Placement of all necessary appliances and adjustments throughout treatment
- correspondense with your general dentist adn other necessary specialists
- Orthodontic progress models and x-rays as required
- 24-hour emergency care as needed
Retention treatment
- Fabrication and placement of original retainer(s)
- Retainer check-ups and adjustments
- Panoramic x-ray and recommendation for wisdom teeth
- Final correspondense to dentist
Your fee for orthodontic services does not include any procedure or service provided by any other facility outside our office, which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Regulary dental exams and cleanings
- Any necessary restorative work by your family dentist before, during or after orthodontic treatment
- Removal of teeth for orthodontic benefit; such as baby teeth, wisdom teeth or others necessary to improve our orthodontic results
- Evaluation by other specialists including: oral surgeons, TMJ specialists, endodontists, ear, nose adn throat physicians, etc. (Note: these specialist examinations may not apply to your orthodontic case)
